Abstract：We are currently living in stressful times. In a Ministry of Health survey, 59.6% of workers acknowledged that they were experiencing high levels of stress, with the most common stress factors cited as ‘problems with human relations in the workplace’ and ‘quality and quantity of work’. This presentation examines the effect of employee training using the mental health education game ‘Stress Management (SMG)’

概要：我々は, 仕事のストレスの多い時代に生きている。日本では，仕事に関することで強いストレスを感じる労働者の割合は59.6%である。また，ストレスを感じる要因の上位は「仕事の質・量」や「職場の対人関係」である。そこで，従業員が自身や仲間の健康に配慮した働き方を学ぶゲーム「ストマネ」を用いた教育が，従業員のセルフケアやストレス予防行動に及ぼす可能性について報告する。
