At the 8th DiGRA Japan, I will present "The Effect of Mental Health Education Game on the Trust of Employees"

Abstract : In this research, we examine the effect of training using mental health education game "Dead or Alive" on employees. We investigated the engagement for the training of employees who participated in the training and the trust in the team before and after the training. Report on the results of analysis of training and survey.

第8回日本デジタルゲーム学会年次大会で，研究『メンタルヘルス教育ゲームが従業員の信頼に与える影響』を発表します。

概要：本研究は，メンタルヘルス教育ゲーム『Dead or Alive』を用いた研修が従業員に与えた影響を検討した。その結果，研修に参加した従業員のチームに対する信頼は有意に向上することが示された。また，研修への関与（エンゲイジメント）について高い数値を示した。これらのことから，『Dead or Alive』を用いた研修は，従業員のメンタルヘルス対策へのエンゲイジメントとチームに対する信頼感の向上に寄与することが示唆された。
